Our check-in time is 4PM to 10PM, check-out 2PM (we will be happy to accommodate requests for late check-outs if the room is available) A full breakfast is included in your room rate. Breakfast is served from 8:30AM - 10AM. Sorry no kitchen privileges. For lunch or dinner, we are in easy walking distance to all the restaurants (we are across the street from the Amagansett Farmer's Market which has an excellent takeout menu) and there are picnic tables in our garden should you wish to dine al fresco. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate your pets or children under 10 years of age. (You are of course welcome to play with Bugsy, our friendly resident Rhodesian Ridgeback mix and Cutter the tabby cat). For the convenience of our guests, we do not allow smoking in the building. Smoking is permitted in the garden. All guest rooms accommodate two people. A foldaway bed can accommodate a third person in the Blue Suite only (addtl. charge of $ 20.00 per night) All rooms are equipped with Cable TV/VCR. Please feel free to borrow movies from our private collection or you can rent from the Video Store in the village. Please do not take your room towels to the beach. We have beach towels available for your use (we will gladly supply you with suntan lotion should you have forgotten to bring yours).
